Brownie Base
  • 1 box Fudge Brownie Mix
Frosting
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar sifted
Decorations
  • 1 bottle Gel Food Coloring different colors
  • 1/2 cup Large Nonpareils
  • 1/2 cup Candy Eyes for decoration
  • 1/2 cup Candy Bones or gummy worms

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a muffin tin with baking spray.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to the instructions on the boxed fudge brownie mix.
  3. Fill each muffin tin cavity about ⅓ full with prepared brownie batter.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  5. Once baked, press a tablespoon into the center of each brownie to create a well.
  6. Cool the brownies in the tin for at least an hour.
  7. Prepare the buttercream frosting by whipping together butter and vanilla, then gradually add powdered sugar.
  8. Separate the frosting into bowls and add gel food coloring to each to create vibrant shades.
  9. Dollop colored frosting into the well of each brownie and top with decorations like large nonpareils and candy eyes.
