Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a muffin tin with baking spray.
- Prepare brownie batter according to the instructions on the boxed fudge brownie mix.
- Fill each muffin tin cavity about ⅓ full with prepared brownie batter.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Once baked, press a tablespoon into the center of each brownie to create a well.
- Cool the brownies in the tin for at least an hour.
- Prepare the buttercream frosting by whipping together butter and vanilla, then gradually add powdered sugar.
- Separate the frosting into bowls and add gel food coloring to each to create vibrant shades.
- Dollop colored frosting into the well of each brownie and top with decorations like large nonpareils and candy eyes.
