- Begin by brewing 1 cup of espresso or strong coffee. Let it cool for about 10-15 minutes.
- In a blender, combine fresh or thawed frozen raspberries and blend until smooth. Strain if needed.
- In a tall glass, combine the raspberry puree with 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup. Stir gently.
- Fill the glass about ¾ full with ice cubes. Pour your choice of milk to fill the glass to the top.
- Slowly drizzle the cooled coffee over the back of a spoon into the glass.
- Top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries if desired. Serve immediately.
