Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the raw shrimp with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly covered.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add seasoned shrimp and minced garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes per side until shrimp are pink.
  3. In the same skillet, add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for about 1 minute until slightly thickened.
  6. Return cooked shrimp to the skillet, spooning some sauce over. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve warm over a bed of pasta or rice.
