Ingredients
  

  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer the sliced turkey breast evenly over the ranch dressing on each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese over the turkey.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  7. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap for later.
