Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage, crumbling it as it cooks for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic to skillet. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring until softened and aromatic.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add drained pasta to skillet, tossing to coat in sauce. Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency as needed.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with herbs or extra cheese.
