- In a bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and freshly grated ginger until well combined. Marinade chicken for 15 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, whisk together mayonnaise or Greek yogurt with a splash of sweet chili sauce and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and sear the marinated chicken for 5 to 7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Reduce heat, pour any reserved marinade into the skillet with the chicken and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 20 to 30 seconds on each side.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat, spread the creamy mixture, layer fresh vegetables, and add slices of glazed chicken.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom upwards to secure the filling.
- Slice the assembled wraps diagonally and serve immediately with a dipping sauce.
