Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until peaks form.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of whipped cream, followed by a layer of graham crackers, and then a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let it set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional strawberries if desired.
