Equipment

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Add your choice of noodles and cook according to the package instructions until they are al dente, usually 6-8 minutes. Once cooked, drain the noodles and briefly toss them with a drizzle of oil to prevent sticking while you prepare the rest of the Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, and freshly minced garlic to create the delicious sauce. Whisk together until the honey is fully dissolved, and set it aside.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the chicken pieces to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet, stirring to coat the chicken evenly. Allow the sauce to bubble gently for about 2 minutes. Next, add the drained noodles to the skillet, tossing all ingredients together for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  5. Once hot and well-mixed, remove the skillet from heat. Serve hot, garnishing with optional toppings like sliced green onions or sesame seeds.
