Equipment

Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add shell pasta and cook for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Prepare the steak bites by drying and seasoning with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, lower heat to medium, add butter, and melt. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir continuously and gradually whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Use reserved pasta water to adjust thickness if necessary.
  5. Add drained shell pasta to the skillet and toss gently in the sauce. Warm for 1-2 minutes ensuring every piece is coated with the creamy sauce.
  6. Serve by placing pasta in bowls and arranging warm steak bites on top. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
