Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package 10 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce for serving

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Pinch the seams together to create a solid sheet of dough.
  4. Spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a log shape. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed up.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
