Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the ribeye beef into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate to chill.
  3. In a large pot, bring beef broth to a simmer. Stir in gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 3 minutes.
  5. Heat a grill pan over high heat and grill the marinated beef for 2–3 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  6. Assemble the ramen by dividing cooked noodles and broth in bowls, drizzling creamy sauce over top, and layering grilled beef. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
