Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Marinade by whisking soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a medium bowl.
  2. Marinate the Chicken by coating the chicken thighs in the marinade and refrigerating for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the Chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
  4. Thicken the Sauce by simmering the reserved marinade in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
  5. Assemble the Bowl with rice, topped with sliced chicken, steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and drizzled with thickened sauce.
