  5. Add Cream and Spices: Stir in heavy cream, cumin, and paprika. Season to taste and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Blend in Cream Cheese: Add softened cream cheese, stirring until fully dissolved into the soup.
  7. Melt the Cheddar: Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
