  • 4 tbsp Cold Unsalted Butter
For the Flavor Base
  • 5 cloves Minced Garlic Essential for flavor
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder To taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika Powder Sweet or smoked
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes Adjust for spice level
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Or lime juice as substitute
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For cooking
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley or Cilantro Use based on taste preference

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prep Shrimp: Remove the shells and devein the shrimp. Rinse under cold water and pat dry. Marinate with salt, black pepper, and paprika for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cooking Shrimp: Heat the skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Add the shrimp in a single layer, sear for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: Lower the heat to medium, add olive oil, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add red chili flakes and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Combine and Finish: Add cold butter and stir until melted, then squeeze in lemon juice and return the shrimp to coat them in the sauce.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with parsley or cilantro, and serve immediately.
