- Prep Shrimp: Remove the shells and devein the shrimp. Rinse under cold water and pat dry. Marinate with salt, black pepper, and paprika for at least 30 minutes.
- Cooking Shrimp: Heat the skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Add the shrimp in a single layer, sear for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: Lower the heat to medium, add olive oil, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add red chili flakes and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Combine and Finish: Add cold butter and stir until melted, then squeeze in lemon juice and return the shrimp to coat them in the sauce.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with parsley or cilantro, and serve immediately.
