  4. Assemble Sandwich: Top with another slice of buttered sourdough, pressing down gently.
  5. Heat Pan: Turn heat to medium, frying the sandwich until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip and Finish Cooking: Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden, about 3-4 minutes more.
  7. Serve: Remove from pan, let cool for a minute, then slice and enjoy.
