Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Drain and press the tofu, then slice it into thin shavings of about 1/8 inch.
  3. Mix the vegetable broth, Bragg's Liquid Aminos, liquid smoke, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne to create the marinade. Coat the tofu slices and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Spread the tofu slices on the baking sheet and drizzle with any leftover marinade. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Once baked, cool for a few minutes and then serve or store in an airtight container.
