Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry into a rectangle measuring approximately 10x12 inches on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the cooled spinach mixture over one half of the pastry, then crumble feta cheese over it.
  5. Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling and press to seal the edges.
  6. Slice the folded pastry into 1-inch strips and twist each strip several times before placing on the baking sheet.
  7. Whisk the egg and brush the tops of each twist, then bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let the twists cool for a few minutes before serving warm with a dipping sauce.
