- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry into a rectangle measuring approximately 10x12 inches on a floured surface.
- Spread the cooled spinach mixture over one half of the pastry, then crumble feta cheese over it.
- Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling and press to seal the edges.
- Slice the folded pastry into 1-inch strips and twist each strip several times before placing on the baking sheet.
- Whisk the egg and brush the tops of each twist, then bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the twists cool for a few minutes before serving warm with a dipping sauce.
