Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water, drain the rest, and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Dice the chicken breast and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to ensure even coating.
  3. Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Create the Sauce: Add honey and simmer for 1 minute, then mix in heavy cream. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Combine Chicken and Sauce: Return chicken to the skillet, toss in the sauce and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  7. Add the Pasta: Fold in reserved pasta. Adjust with pasta water if too thick, ensuring everything is well combined.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Plate warm and optionally garnish with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
