- Prepare a large pot of boiling water with 2 tsp sea salt and juice from half a lemon.
- Combine mayonnaise, diced celery, green onions, dill, chives, parsley, capers, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, lemon zest, garlic, paprika, garlic salt, onion powder, additional salt, and cracked pepper in a bowl.
- Add cleaned shrimp to boiling water; cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
