Step-by-Step Instructions for East Coast Shrimp Rolls
  1. Prepare a large pot of boiling water with 2 tsp sea salt and juice from half a lemon.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, diced celery, green onions, dill, chives, parsley, capers, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, lemon zest, garlic, paprika, garlic salt, onion powder, additional salt, and cracked pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add cleaned shrimp to boiling water; cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Transfer shrimp to ice bath immediately to cool.
  5. Preheat oven broiler; butter inside and outside of buns and broil for 1-2 minutes until golden.
