  • 1.5 pounds Baby Potatoes Substitute with regular potatoes if needed.
For the Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning Use store-bought or homemade.
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with vegetable, canola, or avocado oil.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients and cooking tools.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine halved baby potatoes with olive oil, half of the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated, then spread them on one side of a greased sheet pan.
  3. Rub pork chops with remaining olive oil and ranch seasoning, then place on the empty side of the sheet pan alongside the potatoes.
  4. Bake the sheet pan in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and potatoes are tender.
  5. For a crispy finish, switch the oven to broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
  6. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving, optionally garnishing with freshly chopped parsley or chives.
