For the Noodles
  • 8 oz linguini noodles or spaghetti/rice noodles if needed

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguini noodles and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Cook until well browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. To the cooked ground beef, add ginger paste and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar. Add pepper and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
  5. Add drained linguini noodles to the skillet and toss gently for 2-3 minutes until coated in sauce.
  6. Serve immediately, garnishing with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
