Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the ground beef to the hot skillet, break it apart with a spatula, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned and no longer pink.
  3. Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the onion is translucent.
  4. Incorporate the sliced green cabbage into the mixture, cooking for 4-5 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl, then pour it over the stir-fry mixture and stir to coat.
  6. Drizzle the sesame oil over the stir-fry, season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, serving immediately.
