  • 2 cups Grains (Rice, Quinoa, Couscous) Use your favorite
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced, fresh recommended
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with plant-based cream
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Can replace with olive oil

Grilling and Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until crisp-tender.
  3. Cook grains as per package directions, typically about 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork after cooking.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, season, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Assemble by layering grains in a bowl, topping with grilled chicken, roasted broccoli, and drizzling with creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs.
