  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese substitute with nutritional yeast for dairy-free
  • 1 pound Ground Meat (beef or pork) use cooked ground turkey or chicken for leaner option
  • 1 cup Pepperoni omit or switch to turkey pepperoni if desired
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Bacon optional, substitute with diced turkey bacon if desired

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, crack in the eggs and whisk them vigorously for about 1 minute until pale and frothy.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and whisk until smooth and well combined.
  4. Fold in the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, cooked ground meat, and pepperoni. Add salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and optional bacon.
  5. Evenly fill each muffin cup with the mixture, aiming for about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Let cool for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
