Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add minced garlic, dried thyme, kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Place turkey tenderloins in a resealable plastic bag or dish, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, sear turkey for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer skillet to oven, bake turkey uncovered for 25-35 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
