- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the sausage, onion, pepper, and minced garlic, and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes until browned.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth, then stir in half of the cheddar cheese.
- Distribute the sautéed mixture into each muffin cup, pour the egg mixture over it, and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm or cool completely for storage.
