Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the sausage, onion, pepper, and minced garlic, and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes until browned.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth, then stir in half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Distribute the sautéed mixture into each muffin cup, pour the egg mixture over it, and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm or cool completely for storage.
