  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika is preferable
  • to taste Salt

For the Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey Or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Tamari for gluten-free
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the cubed sweet potatoes and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
  7. Cover and simmer on low for about 10 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
