  • 2 cups Shredded Coconut unsweetened recommended
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries slightly frozen for easier handling

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  2. Combine crushed vanilla wafers with melted unsalted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle shredded coconut over the condensed milk, then add fresh raspberries, pressing them gently in.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until light golden.
  6. Cool at room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  7. Slice the chilled bars into squares or rectangles and serve.
