- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and tools.
- Combine crushed vanilla wafers with melted unsalted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut over the condensed milk, then add fresh raspberries, pressing them gently in.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until light golden.
- Cool at room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Slice the chilled bars into squares or rectangles and serve.
