Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 packet 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the olive oil to the seasoning mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mixture until they are evenly coated.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the skin is crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
