Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Whisk until dissolved.
  2. Slice chicken into thin strips, toss in marinade, and marinate for at least 20 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the fridge.
  3. Preheat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and caramelized.
