  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk sweetened coconut condensed milk can also be used.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract use pure vanilla for best flavor.
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree ensure it’s pure pumpkin with no additives.
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or use a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
For the Coffee Base
  • 8 ounces cold brew coffee or use regular brewed coffee cooled with ice.

Method
 

Prepare the Pumpkin Cream
  1. In a medium bowl, add heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Gradually fold in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until fully blended. Refrigerate.
Mix the Cold Brew
  1. Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes. Pour in cold brew coffee and stir gently.
Create Cold Foam
  1. Blend about ½ cup of the pumpkin cream mixture on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until thick.
Assemble the Drink
  1. Pour the pumpkin cream cold foam over the iced cold brew coffee.
  2. Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top before serving.
