  • 12 pieces Lollipop Sticks Essential for holding the cake balls.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and lightly grease a 13" x 9" baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, oil, eggs, pumpkin purée, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 22-24 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool completely.
  4. Crumble the cooled cake into a bowl, then mix in the frosting until it resembles soft cookie dough.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.
  6. Melt the orange candy melts and dip each lollipop stick into the candy before inserting it into the cake balls.
  7. Dip each cake ball into the melted candy melts, allowing excess to drip off, and place them back on the baking sheet to set.
  8. Use the green frosting to decorate the cake balls like pumpkins with vines and leaves.
