- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and lightly grease a 13" x 9" baking pan.

 - Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.
 - Melt the orange candy melts and dip each lollipop stick into the candy before inserting it into the cake balls.
 - Dip each cake ball into the melted candy melts, allowing excess to drip off, and place them back on the baking sheet to set.
