  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar adjust for sweetness
  • 1 4 cup Additional Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Milk dairy or dairy-free

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8½ x 4½ inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Gently incorporate the melted butter into the wet mixture, ensuring it's cooled.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, spices, and flour. Gradually combine with wet ingredients.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar, additional maple syrup, melted butter, and milk until smooth.
  7. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
