Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut syrup
  • 1/4 cup strawberry puree fresh or frozen
  • Ice cubes
  • Shredded coconut for garnish optional
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Brew your coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature. You can also brew it in advance and refrigerate it.
  2. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, coconut syrup, and strawberry puree. Blend until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour in the cooled coffee until the glass is about halfway full.
  4. Slowly pour the coconut-strawberry mixture over the coffee, allowing it to swirl and create a beautiful layered effect.
  5. Garnish with shredded coconut and fresh strawberries if desired. Serve immediately.
