Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Dip half of each pretzel rod into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the dipped pretzel on the prepared baking sheet.
While the white chocolate is still wet, sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles over the dipped portion of the pretzel rod.
In separate bowls, melt the red and blue candy melts in the same manner as the white chocolate.
Dip the other half of each pretzel rod into the melted red candy melts, then place it back on the baking sheet.
Repeat the process with the blue candy melts for the remaining pretzel rods.
Allow the pretzel rods to set at room temperature until the chocolate and candy melts are firm, about 30 minutes.
