  • 1.5 pounds bone-in pork chops about 4 chops, 1-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
