Pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon, ensuring the fillets are well coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired doneness.
Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
