- Melt the Chocolate by using a double boiler or microwave. Heat in 30-second intervals until smooth and glossy.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to create a layer about 1/4 inch thick.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the Robin Egg candy and Easter sprinkles evenly over the surface.
- Chill the baking sheet in the freezer for approximately 10 minutes until the chocolate is firm to the touch.
- Prepare the cocoa paint by whisking cocoa powder and water until smooth.
- Add decoration by flicking the cocoa paint over the hardened chocolate with a basting brush.
- Break the chocolate into pieces once the paint has dried for a couple of minutes.
