Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the Chocolate by using a double boiler or microwave. Heat in 30-second intervals until smooth and glossy.
  2. Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to create a layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the Robin Egg candy and Easter sprinkles evenly over the surface.
  4. Chill the baking sheet in the freezer for approximately 10 minutes until the chocolate is firm to the touch.
  5. Prepare the cocoa paint by whisking cocoa powder and water until smooth.
  6. Add decoration by flicking the cocoa paint over the hardened chocolate with a basting brush.
