Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In a large bowl, pour in the water, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and food coloring. Stir until thoroughly blended.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring continuously until you achieve a smooth and lump-free batter.
  5. Pour the batter into your greased baking pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Place the covered baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and set on a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Dust your work surface with potato starch, invert the baking pan, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  9. Coat each piece lightly in potato starch to prevent sticking.
