Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red grapes
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, celery, grapes, and slivered almonds.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
