Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, celery, grapes, and slivered almonds.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
