Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers like Ritz
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Stir in 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese and half of the green onions, if using.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle the crushed crackers over the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
