Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a large non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Place one large flour tortilla into the pan and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly.
  3. Carefully place a second tortilla over the melted cheese and press down to secure.
  4. Cook for 2-4 minutes until golden-brown, then flip the pizzadilla.
  5. After flipping, cook the second side for an additional 2-4 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
  6. Once crispy, spread a generous layer of pizza sauce on top, followed by the remaining mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, and optional black olives.
  7. Transfer the pizzadilla to a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven, allow to rest for a minute, and slice into wedges to serve.
