Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Pour the chicken broth and lemon juice into the skillet around the chicken breasts.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
