- Combine the cooled spinach with ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Unroll the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface; cut into 4–6 equal squares.
- Fill each square with 1–2 tablespoons of the spinach-ricotta mixture and seal the edges.
