- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice, and a splash of soy sauce for the dip.
- Optionally garnish the dip with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve the meatballs warm with the Spicy Mayo Dip.
