- In your slow cooker, combine ¼ cup of Brown Swerve, ¼ cup of liquid aminos, 2 tablespoons of chili paste, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Stir well.
- Place a well-marbled beef roast into the marinade and toss until fully coated. Optionally, sear the beef for 3-4 minutes on each side before adding it to the slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it into bite-sized pieces. Add the shredded beef back to the slow cooker and toss with the juices.
- To serve, take butter lettuce leaves and scoop about ¼ cup of the shredded beef into each leaf. Top with cucumber slices and radishes, and sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning on top.
