Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw frozen spinach completely, then wring out excess moisture using a clean towel.

  3. Wet your hands and shape the mixture into four patties, each approximately 3.5 inches wide.
  4. Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat.
  5. Sprinkle tops of patties with coarse sea salt, then place them salt-side down in the skillet and season the other side.
  6. Cook the burgers for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping only once.
