- Thaw frozen spinach completely, then wring out excess moisture using a clean towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the squeezed spinach, ground turkey, dried basil, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Wet your hands and shape the mixture into four patties, each approximately 3.5 inches wide.
- Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat.
- Sprinkle tops of patties with coarse sea salt, then place them salt-side down in the skillet and season the other side.
- Cook the burgers for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping only once.
