Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, powdered sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. The dough should be slightly sticky.
Using your hands, form small balls of dough (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Press a whole almond into the center of each cookie.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
