- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your roasting pan and aluminum foil.

- Generously season the turkey with salt and pepper, and stuff with the prepared stuffing mixture.

- Place the stuffed turkey breast-side up in the roasting pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

- In a pot, boil the mixed vegetables until tender, about 5–7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

- Combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar in a bowl. Mix until smooth.

- Roast the turkey in the preheated oven, removing foil in the last 30 minutes to crisp the skin.

- Let the turkey rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.
