Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Bombs
  • 1 pound Ground Chicken or ground turkey
  • 1 large Egg can substitute with flax egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs use gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese or Pecorino for sharper taste
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic fresh preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley or other herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder or fresh onions
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika can replace with smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Flour gluten-free flour works
  • 1 cup Milk or dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup Additional Parmesan Cheese experiment with different types

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Gather ingredients and prepare mixing bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into medium-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, checking internal temperature.
Sauce Preparation
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour, then gradually add milk until thickened.
  2. Add additional Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken bombs and broil for 3-5 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned.
Serving
  1. Serve chicken bombs with creamy sauce, garnished with fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
